I’m the CEO of an e-commerce company. We own several online businesses.

We needed help with automated and manual testing of the various websites we were building for clients or internal sites for our own business. We needed that done quickly, accurately, and affordably. We also needed a company that could jump on new projects at a moment’s notice.

We’ve tasked TestOrigen with manual testing on dozens of websites over the years. We’ve provided them with Figma files, documentation, log-ins, and other information. They’ve then proceeded to manual test and create tickets in Asana or Jira for issues found. The tickets have been detailed and structured well and included screen grabs and videos. They’ve also provided a daily summary in Slack.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our developers have very well-written and documented tickets to address, making their jobs easier and faster. The projects have moved more quickly through the development cycle. The final sites have been more bug-free than we’ve ever had releases been before due to bringing TestOrigen onboard. They’ve even had suggestions for better UX on many projects that we’ve then integrated into the project.
