• This is my new brand and I did not have a lot on budget so they were very flexible with me

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had few online meetings - they were asking detailed information on our brand, and then they showed me ideas of video. we choose 1 and then they made a shooting. After that they asked me to prepare specific design of dress that had to be shown on video. 

After that they showed me previous version of how the movements will be, after the comments they sent me final version but without sound, we made some amendments and then they send me final video. For not the videos are not published in my instagrma profile, I am still waiting some materials and I have technical issues with the store. totally it took 3 weeks 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

as I said I did not published on my brand account yet, but I saw the quality of video. also I showed this video to my friend from marketing and who works in loreal and zara and they said the quality is really great. I am not the marketing person, I run a small business and I needed some advise from people who work with it on daily bases. They said the video looks like for a luxury brand.

yes, everything was in time. we had a watsapp chat which is very convinient. they said previously that video will took upto 5 weeks, but I prepared the dress design which i wanted to be in video, thats why they said it helped them to finish earlier.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

i would say they are a reputable company, because I talked here with lots of companies that make such videos, they respond so slowly, and this team is very fast we had a chat on whatsapp. When I had concerns, Haut CGI responded quickly. They're officially registered in the UAE, which is reassuring for me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Haut CGI could have done differently?

I would say it is not so easy to find them
