The scope of work included the full development and launch of the Silk Rewards mobile application, a loyalty platform created for Silk Hospitality guests and customers. The project covered the app’s technical development, user experience structure, design implementation, loyalty functionality, and overall setup needed to support rewards, offers, and customer engagement across our hospitality venues. Key deliverables included the development of a user-friendly mobile app, loyalty account functionality, points collection and redemption features, offer and deal sections, venue information, and an interface that allows users to easily access their benefits. The team also worked on backend development, admin-side functionality, testing, bug fixing, and support during the launch process. Overall, the company delivered a functional and easy-to-use loyalty app that helps us communicate offers, improve customer engagement, and create a stronger digital connection with our guests across Silk Hospitality brands.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable outcome was the successful launch and implementation of the Silk Rewards app across Silk Hospitality brands. The app created a centralized loyalty platform where customers can register, collect points, view available deals, and access exclusive member benefits. The project improved our ability to communicate offers directly to app users and made loyalty campaign management more efficient. It also helped increase digital engagement by giving guests a simple way to interact with our brands beyond their physical visit. Overall, the project demonstrated success by delivering a working loyalty platform, improving customer communication, supporting member-based offers, and creating a scalable base for future loyalty growth, repeat visits, and customer retention.

Their responsiveness and support during the development and launch stages helped ensure the successful delivery of the Silk Rewards app.

What we found most impressive about this company was their flexibility and willingness to adapt to our needs throughout the project. Their team was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smoother. They understood our goals, supported us during both the development and launch stages, and helped us create a loyalty app that fits the needs of our hospitality business. Overall, their flexibility, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication made them stand out.

Overall, we were satisfied with the cooperation and the final result. There were no major issues during the project, and the team was responsive whenever changes or improvements were needed.

We hired Techzy to create an app for Coke Rewards.

Techzy completed the entire implementation and integration of the project. They designed the app, developed it, and handled backend systems.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app has achieved 500,000 total registered users since implementation. We tracked both user engagement and rewards redeemed as key metrics. During promotions, user engagement was very high, with around 20% of all app users participating at least.

We primarily communicated through virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.
