The most impressive thing about this team was their ability to take up challenges well out of their wheel-house and forge ahead with vigor and innovation I sincerely appreciated their concern for clients needs and their desire to help the client succeed. In order to create our brand first they listened to our ideas and what is our vision for our brand. Depending on our input they provided us with various desings for logo, our menu, and provided various templates for advertising and brand recognition. The communication was very smooth and they were easily able to understand our needs and deliver us the product and that too on time.

They were available whenever we called or want to communicate with them and there was never any delay in delivering the demand that we made. In short the working experience with Techytt was smooth and excellent. We were completely satisfied with the services provided by Techytt.

The platform also provides educational animation videos and other resources to assist users in preparing for motherhood. I oversee all of Rising Babies' operations.

We received numerous proposals from various design agencies, but we choose Techytt because of their enthusiasm for brand design and the early impressions their team made on us. We chose Techytt because of their expertise in the field and demonstration of their previous work in the field, which greatly pleased us.

After we gave them the specific requirements in the Kickoff meeting, they immediately started the market research and came up with a few brand names. We picked a handful and requested them to design a logo and branding; they quickly produced a variety of logo alternatives and stylish branding. After we decided on the branding, they started working on the portal design and development right away. A team member who was working on the animation produced some interesting animations, which was a great way to launch a new brand.

Total 3 resources were working on the project, one graphic designer, one video animator and a creative design head.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design outputs were excellent; we required a lot of unique designs for our hospital area, and they created some really amazing graphics that look great there. UX played a crucial part for our new platform when we introduced it to the new patients, and they were glad to adapt this. Sooner or later, it has been the daily driver for educational videos connected to pregnancy. The UX they made is also quite nice, and we didn't find any problems.

They take full ownership of their work and team is very responsive and they have very quick turnaround time

So far we are pleased with the development. We are not IT sector but the design shows a clear visual of what the SaaS will be like.

They where patient with the design and made sure the development was realistic.

Maybe a more clear outline of the flow pages. For someone not acquainted on UX/UI it was sometimes challenging to understand the next step.
