I’m the managing director of Oxydata, a Malaysia digital-certified consultancy that builds AI, GenAI, and enterprise data solutions for large enterprises.

We needed to hire permanent software engineers and contract developers for our AI project and managed services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TechTalent Sdn Bhd has provided CVs that meet our expectations and have a low rejection rate. The team has the ability to understand some of our complex AI requirements. TechTalent Sdn Bhd has followed up with the candidates until they’re onboarded and continues to engage with some of the resources we’ve hired as contractors. We’ve hired about 12 people within our budget.

How did TechTalent Sdn Bhd perform from a project management standpoint?

TechTalent Sdn Bhd delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TechTalent Sdn Bhd had very good communication and account management. In terms of speed, we’ve worked with several other companies in the past, but TechTalent Sdn Bhd has been more efficient. The team has been able to onboard candidates within 45 days, whereas other recruitment companies have taken 60–90 days.
