The main challenge I faced was my limited technical knowledge, which made it difficult for me to develop a comprehensive product that meets the needs of both EV owners and charging point operators. We are a bunch of passionate individuals striving to make the lives of EV owners better when it comes to charging their electric vehicles; be it through charging stations or swapping the batteries. The charging stations are self-operated by mobile apps, unlike fuel pumps, where an attendant helps you fill the tank. As a result, EV owners must install the mobile apps of multiple charging point operators to charge their vehicles, which leads to inconvenience for the EV owners. 

Also, you cannot barge into any charging or battery stations without booking, as, for instance, the Tata Nexon EV requires an hour to fully charge, which means you have to wait for hours at the charging or battery stations for your turn. This is the problem we intend to address by aggregating the charging and battery swapping stations of various networks so EV owners can, from our mobile app, locate the nearest charging or battery swapping stations of various networks. 

So that you can find the nearest charging or battery station based on the availability of your charger or battery and reserve it before your visit to avoid wasting time trying to wait for your turn. The service provider's involvement encompassed the entire process, from conceptualization to product delivery. They helped decide the app's framework, delved into the nuances of the Charging Station ecosystem, and provided end-to-end delivery of the final product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• End to end solution right from researching the sector and competition apps and suggest a road map to the release date.
• As the product is still in the pre-launch phase, there is currently no evidence to demonstrate the impact of the engagement. However, the service provider has played a significant role in developing and delivering the final product, which is expected to provide a solution to the challenges faced by EV owners and charging station operators.

They not only delivered the product on time but also went above and beyond to accommodate our additional feature requests. Working with them felt like working with a team of young professionals, as their mean age is 30. Their team consistently brought fresh and proactive ideas to the table, particularly in terms of UI/UX design.

The service provider performed very well from a project management standpoint. They were responsive to queries and open to inputs, accommodating new feedback without hesitation. Additionally, they provided valuable ideas to improve the user interface, making the product more user-friendly.

The company is driven by the passion and energy of its young team of tech enthusiasts. With their sights set on delivering the best possible results, this group of passionate individuals are brimming with potential. They treated my project as if it were their own, demonstrating high commitment and dedication to its success.

The requirement was to create a complete portal for our customers who’d come and invest in using our product. This would happen through a mobile app. Additionally, we have a distribution channel so we wanted a portal for that as well as an admin terminal to track and manage everything on our end.
