I am the owner of this travel agency. we provide travel booking and air booking services

Normally we were using Microsoft excel for record keeping and many other apps for scheduling and booking purposes we wanted our own system to ease and automate our total process. that's why we hire Technologia solutions llc for this development work.

We posted on Upwork, Facebook and Bark. from where we got many proposals and we shortlisted 3 of them. Technologia Solutions was one of them they quoted us more feasible rates and timeline of the project. we selected them for our work.

We have meetings every week. they were working on agile methodology and 2weeks sprint for development of features and bug fixes. they used ReactJs, NodeJs, Asp.net and PostgresSql

Mainly our point of contact was director and project manager. behind the scene there were 3 developers working on this system

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With this system we get our things in one box. and it helps us in overall process with automated invoicing and paypal payment method integration.

we had weekly status meetings where they shows me the roadmap and stories they created on jira. they also have slack application from they always keep me updated regularly with the status and asks me questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are super responsive and very professional. they always responded and fullfilled my all requirments as well as they also provided me some basic training of the system. and always ask for my feedback on how can they improve if needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are best at what they do. They integrated many security related technology layers that we didn't discussed and i didn't have idea about. They need to improve their knowledge of domain of project otherwise they are 100% of their work

Our requirement was very clear, we were facing issues in expanding our school because its very hectic to manually manage all the stuff including staff, admissions, examinations, fee payments, activities and more then that we need a solution that would allow parents to track all aspects of their children including his education and co-educational activities, his assignments and examination results and also attendance

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching on google for few solution providers but as soon as i landed on Technologia's web page from very beginning they made me feel like i am their highest priority client and they gave so much respect and understood our requirements clearly and they delivered solution curated as per our requirements that too on time. Deciding factors were their CEO and CTO was humble and very knowledgeable in domain of SaaS and custom software development which i got amazed to

They deployed an online web application on to our proposed domain which is based on latest stack (as far as i understood) its a cloud based application and along with Android mobile application for parents and teachers as well.

I have been assigned a generous project manager, along with one designer and two developers. The CTO and CEO were also stayed in touch during the whole project journey with me

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was taken in iterative manner and there were bi-weekly meetings. We were first given the MVP due to which we started earlier with getting onboard our students, staff and management so that helped us a lot and at every iteration they delivered features which were thoroughly tested by their team and there were no such critical issues or failure we faced

They onboarded me over slack and over there the PMs and developer that were assigned were keeping me in sync. CEO and CTO were emailing me to schedule bi-weekly sync ups as well to stay in touch with me over my feedback and as per the signed document between us they were quite always on time in deliverables

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The humbleness of every person i got in contact beginning from the executives CEO and CTO till those PM and Devs. And their grip on latest technology and eye catching designs they build are super amazing

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are very amazing although i would to see them grow and assign more team members to every project so that milestones shipment can be done more quicker apart from that its perfect
