I'm the owner of White Jacobs & Associates, a credit restoration services company. We use an attorney-managed process to improve clients' credit scores, educate them on financial habits, and help them qualify for loans.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techloyce LTD hasn't delivered anything yet. The CRM system isn't functional based on our business needs. Every time they try to make it functional, they destroy another feature or function. Moreover, the aesthetics are awful, and the system isn't mobile-friendly.

How did Techloyce LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

Techloyce LTD doesn't deliver on time. They don't understand deadlines and overpromise and underdeliver every time. We initially agreed that they would create the CRM system in three months for a specified cost. However, we're still working on the project almost five years later. Moreover, the owner has stopped responding to us over the last 2-3 years and has passed us along from one employee to another.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

When we initially saw an example of what our new CRM system would look like, the owner was very confident he could get it done. This is what sold us. However, it’s been nothing but lies and huge out-of-pocket expenses, other than for remedial tasks they already know how to do, or maybe are easy for them to do, such as updating security software.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Techloyce LTD could do their job and stop lying. They should not advertise themselves as being in the CRM software business. They are awful at their job and in completing tasks based on what the client/customer is asking for.
