Thanks to Techindo Systems Private Limited's work, our clients could easily use our platform's capabilities on a self-serve basis without our team getting involved, which saved us a ton of operational bandwidth. The site, web app, and API were reliable, so it helped us build our brand image too. The website and app were easily viewable on all kinds of devices, and projects that used to take two team members to help clients scan products could be executed by the clients themselves. Overall, we noticed better client satisfaction due to the platform having an app.
