Techenhance was engaged to develop Version 1 (V1) of LegalDST, our AI-powered legal research platform. Their scope of work included end-to-end frontend and backend development, integration of custom APIs, and refactoring of our existing codebase to align with the new system architecture. The entire application was built on a modern, scalable stack using Azure Functions (serverless architecture), Node.js, and Next.js for improved performance and maintainability.

Key Deliverables included:

• Development of a responsive and user-friendly frontend in Next.js.
• Creation and deployment of backend services using Node.js integrated with Azure Functions.
• API architecture and integration, enabling secure data exchange between modules.
• Code optimization and restructuring of the existing codebase for compatibility with the new architecture.
• Deployment setup and cloud configuration on Microsoft Azure for seamless scalability and reliability.
• Testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure platform stability and efficiency.

The project resulted in a highly stable and reliable application, marking the successful launch of LegalDST’s Version 1. The platform’s performance and user experience provided significant market validation, with strong positive feedback from early adopters across the legal community. This validation enabled us to define and refine our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, supported by real user data, engagement metrics, and retention patterns. Overall, the collaboration laid a robust technical foundation and validated the product’s market fit, positioning LegalDST for scalable growth.

Overall, our experience with Techenhance IT Services was excellent. While no major issues arose, as with any growing collaboration, there is always room for continued enhancement in communication cadence and documentation clarityto further streamline coordination on larger projects. However, their responsiveness and willingness to adapt more than compensated for any minor gaps.

We needed support and development for an existing software application that was developed by another firm. We needed TECHENHANCE IT SERVICES to facilitate knowledge transfer from the previous firm so they could provide full support and maintenance services on a fairly complex app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TECHENHANCE IT SERVICES has provided us with software application support and development services, including maintaining the software, implementing tech stack updates, and providing bug fixes and development of new features. They have implemented a complete update of all the tech stack components from older deprecated versions to the most current versions. They have also fixed various software feature bugs that the previous development team was unable to resolve.

I was referred to TECHENHANCE IT SERVICES by someone I knew from working with a previous IT and development company. We chose them because they understood my issue and were willing to work with me to get the right services in place with the level of service that we felt was necessary.

We started working with them in February 2025. They completed the knowledge transfer and code handoff in June 2025 and have now settled into an ongoing, open-ended support and maintenance service phase.

The main measure of success is that we were able to wean off the previous development company and have TECHENHANCE IT SERVICES take over full control of the app infrastructure. Additionally, they were able to fix bugs that the previous team had spent months on without resolution.

Moreover, they've saved me as the manager of the project from intense frustration and time by providing me with much more responsive, transparent, and efficient support and development services than the former development company. Since working with TECHENHANCE IT SERVICES, we've noticed increased communication and transparency into the team's actions and duties.

How did TECHENHANCE IT SERVICES perform from a project management standpoint?

Although timelines aren't always concrete, the most important thing is that they've been open and transparent with their tasks so that I always know where we are with the project. We mainly work through Microsoft Teams, both chats and video calls, but we also communicate via email.

I'm impressed by their willingness to take on a complex project and the quickness of their understanding of the project requirements, tech stack, and infrastructure.
