Our recruiters—HR and IT masters—deliver contract, permanent, contract‑to‑hire, remote/offshore and RPO services across India and in USA, UK, UAE and Australia. We screen rigorously (accept ~20%), maintain low internal turnover, personalize client service, and supply high‑caliber talent to speed hiring and reduce costs.

It depends upon the requirement some positions may require more time to screen at our end. But our normal submission time is min 4hrs – 48 hrs after we received the job description.

Basically we have two pricing models for contract staffing 1) Rate Card basis It depends upon the requirement of client. After receiving detailed requirement along with the JD, we give you our tentative rate card/quotation/price range of the IT resources per month where pricing would be included with candidate’s monthly salary, payroll services charges, our recruitment fees. All the rates may vary depending upon the skillsets required, location, experience level, current market availability of the resources etc. If these resources are available on our bench, we immediately depute them for your projects. Once we receive an approval from you on email for the rate card/quotation, we submit the profiles of the candidates for your review mentioning his exact rate per month. Every candidate we submit may have different rates per month. After submission of the candidate, we conduct the online interviews of the shortlisted candidates with your team if any. Once you select any of the candidate, we make the contract staffing agreement with your company mentioning all the details like period of contract, his monthly rate, working hours, holidays, leaves, joining date etc. After the joining of the candidate, we send you an invoice on 1st date of next month which you may need to pay within our stipulated credit period of 10 or 15days max. 2) Fixed price models We also provide the resources on fixed rate basis where we charge fixed percentage of margin/commission over and above the salary of the candidate per month. The percentage of our margin over and above the salary is again depends upon above mentioned parameters like skillsets required, location, experience level, current market availability of the resources etc. This model normally works in NON IT contract positions.

Currently we have offices in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Noida and we are expanding to all major cities of India. We do PAN india hirings. We have huge database of all over India with different skillsets so location is not the problem for us.
