infrastructure execution for international MSPs, IT consultancies and 
Tier 1 integrators that need local presence in Brazil. We act as the 
local delivery unit for global programs — coordinating field engineering, 
smart hands, structured cabling, IMAC, network installation and data 
center services across São Paulo state and broader LATAM.

Our clients are MSPs and IT consultancies based in the US, Europe, UK, 
Australia, India and LATAM that win enterprise contracts in Brazil and 
require a certified, NDA-aware, SOW-aligned partner to execute on-site. 
We operate under your governance: your ticketing system (ServiceNow, 
Remedy, Jira), your SOW, your SLA, your reporting templates.

Engagement model: every engagement starts with a signed NDA, runs against 
an SOW with milestone sign-off, and dispatches against 4h/8h SLA tiers 
with auditable timestamps. Each engagement delivers a Work Completion 
Report with photo evidence and as-built documentation in your preferred 
format.

Coverage: São Paulo capital and 500 km radius spanning 15 cities including 
Campinas, Santos, Guarulhos, Osasco, São Bernardo do Campo, Santo André, 
Jundiaí, Sorocaba and São José dos Campos. Expansion to Rio de Janeiro, 
Curitiba, Brasília and broader LATAM on request.

Track record includes field engineering for Tier 1 IT companies and 
program execution via established field service marketplaces.

Billing: Brazilian CNPJ under the service-export tax framework, with 
SWIFT/BIC-capable corporate banking for clean international invoicing.
