Also TBops utilized Docker to encapsulate our applications and their dependencies, ensuring consistent behavior across different environments. This streamlined testing and deployment processes. 

Leveraging Kubernetes, TBops orchestrated containerized applications, enabling seamless scaling, load balancing, and efficient resource utilization. This ensured high availability and a responsive user experience. Then they embraced DevOps principles, bridging the gap between development and operations. They automated workflows, fostering collaboration and accelerating feature releases. 

Additionally TBops integrated robust security measures, including vulnerability scanning, to safeguard our platform and user data. Monitoring tools were implemented to proactively detect and address any performance issues. Through IaC, TBops defined and provisioned AWS resources programmatically, ensuring a consistent and reproducible infrastructure setup.

After evaluating different options, we decided to hire them for this project as we were pleased with their proposal, which included a comprehensive breakdown of costs and a feasible timeline that met our needs. Once we accepted their proposal, we worked closely with them to establish project milestones and testing phases.

They designed the modules in a way to reduce the quantity of downloaded data and guarantee a rapid launch of the application after evaluating typical user scenarios. Developers had to successfully deploy features like video calls and Google Fit integration with access to sensitive data. We worked with Ionic, Angular, Firebase, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Mjml, Sentry, Typescript.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application had been released and is currently available to its target market in France. With the help of this project, patients and doctors will be able to communicate constantly and address issues with a single click.

Our primary means of communication was through Zoom meetings and emails, and we also utilized Slack for quick chats. Additionally, each team member had their own preferred tools, such as time trackers and internal project management software.

We made it a priority to send invoices on time and keep track of all expenses, and our overall project management was well-documented, with the team utilizing spreadsheets and other data to show progress and track deliverables.
