Taylor Real Estate & Management, LLC opened its doors on March 1, 1997. Spencer Taylor, Owner/Broker, started the company with no properties under management and a vision. It took six months, but on September 1, 1997, the first management contract commenced. We have grown from 18 multifamily apartment units in the first year to over 700 units today including multifamily, single-family homes, home owner’s associations, and commercial properties. Focusing on management in Oregon, Taylor Real Estate & Management, LLC, manages properties from the Oregon Coast to the Idaho border. It’s a pleasure for us to serve the people, properties, and missions that we fulfill. We proudly serve over 750 residential, association, and commercial units across the state of Oregon. Since 1997, we have worked to continually improve our capabilities to better serve our clients and residents.
