FOR OVERSEAS CLIENTS Transaction recording and classification, bank and card reconciliation,accounts payable including supplier follow-up, accounts receivable including chasing your customers on overdue invoices, month-end close,and monthly reporting.We do not file overseas tax returns.That stays with your own accountant or a licensed local firm,working from books we keep current and review-ready.
HOW WE WORK Your data does not move.We work inside your own accounting software on your own subscription (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Sage) as named users with permissions you set, and your documents stay in your own cloud folder.Nothing is transferred to our systems;every action stays in your own audit log and ending an engagement means removing a user rather than requesting deletion and trusting the answer.There is no migration when you start.You keep your software and your chart of accounts and your existing accountant keeps their access.We do not ask for banking credentials. Recording transactions does not require payment authority.
IN INDIA Bookkeeping,GST,TDS,payroll including PF and ESIC and ROC filings for Indian businesses and foreign companies with an India subsidiary.Indian law requires the statutory audit to be signed by an independent Chartered Accountant who is not the firm keeping the books, so we coordinate that with an independent CA.ENGAGEMENT Every engagement starts with a written scope and quote and a signed engagement letter.We invoice to a business account and never request payment to a personal account.We suit small and mid-sized businesses that want bookkeeping off their desk and accounting firms looking for offshore capacity.We are a poor fit for anyone shopping purely on hourly rate.

TaxKitab started in Pune on a simple idea: a business owner should not have to understand compliance to stay compliant.
Two things shaped how we work. We stopped asking clients to send us their data - we work inside their own systems, on their subscription, with their access log. And we learned to say no to work we cannot do well.
We care about the unglamorous part. Books that close on time. Deadlines nobody chased. Not the biggest firm you work with - the one you never think about.
