Independently owned and operated since March 2012, with customers in all parts of North America.  We consistently work on financial services for non-profits, corporations, partnerships, estate & trusts, small businesses and individuals. We are a full service firm providing services such as:  audit, payroll, receivables, payables, fixed asset (inventory), financial statement, invoicing, franchise tax, & sales use tax filings and numerous other back office support services.

Desiree' Russell is the Founder of TFBS (Tax & Financial Business Solutions).  A financial services organization.

It all began in 1980 when Desiree's father Roland Russell (1932-1991), set the platform and had his own tax business. He would pay his children (three of five, from his second marriage) to perform bookkeeping services for his clients. As everyone got older, they all went on to do other things in other industries. Desiree' was the only one out of the five children who decided to stay in the accounting arena because of her father. She remembers him telling her before  she went to college, "you are going to be an accountant," although she thought her destiny remained elsewhere, Desiree' is happy that she pursued the analytical and financial challenges of this sector.
