We spend time understanding your goals, lifestyle, and vision before anything else. From there we establish full project scope, interior architecture requirements, overall budget, and a furniture plan with costs presented in a clear high-low format. 02 Concept Design Building on pre-design discoveries, we develop a full conceptual design encompassing interior architecture, material palettes, furniture plans, and curated textile and carpet selections. Art curation begins at this stage — we believe it is integral from the outset, not an afterthought. 03 Interior Architecture & Documentation For projects with architectural scope, we produce comprehensive interior drawings, elevations, and material specifications distributed to all parties — architects, contractors, and tradespeople — ensuring every detail is built exactly as designed. 04 Procurement & Project Management We source, specify, and manage every furnishing and finish, working directly with makers, vendors, and fabricators. All pieces are received and inspected before delivery. We manage shipment, storage, and logistics from order through installation. 05 Installation & Reveal When construction is complete and all items are procured, we coordinate the full installation — ensuring every detail meets the vision we built together, and that your home functions as beautifully as it looks on reveal day and long after. 06 Our Commitment Transparency is non-negotiable. No financial or operational surprises. We provide regular updates, maintain an evolving project budget, and remain available at every step.
