Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and COO of Pickleheads, a website and app that helps pickleball players find nearby courts, games, and groups, organize matches, and connect with other players. We’re the official court and game finder of USA Pickleball.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tantawi Analytics?

We needed help creating Metabase dashboards that were important for our data partnerships.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tantawi Analytics developed public-facing Metabase dashboards that we could share with key partners. The dashboards included charts of pickleball courts over time.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one teammate from Tantawi Analytics.

How did you come to work with Tantawi Analytics?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings and offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between March and May 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Tantawi Analytics delivered polished dashboards that we shared with clients. We used and cited the dashboards in industry publications, including the International Association of Pickleball Professionals (IAPP).

How did Tantawi Analytics perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very reliable and delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their consistent effort and quality of work.
