We hired Tallis services to create video content in line with the strategy we developed, aimed at evoking emotions and driving resualts for one of our major clients in the U.S. Tallis role was to take the strategy and overall concept and bring it to life in the best possible way. In total, we produced 10 cinematic-level reels for the purpose of branding and positioning our client in the American market.

The client really loved the materials and signed a retainer with us for another year,
In terms of numbers, we saw an increase in ROAS of over 2.5%.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Tallis is a very organized person, and there were no surprises in the project at all. He likes to finalize everything in advance but still remains flexible to our needs. Since this was a third-party project, he understood that the client might make changes, and he was okay with that. Overall, he met the deadlines we set for him and even delivered a few days early, giving us time to request feedback on the content if needed.

The quality of the deliverables, as well as the expertise and understanding of proper workflows in projects of this kind, were exceptional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tallis Clarke Films could have done differently?

We prefer in-person meetings, but unfortunately, since we’re not on the same area, it wasn’t possible. Although Tallis expressed a willingness to fly to our offices, the project budget didn’t allow for it
