I'm the owner of Fort Comfort Services, a construction company. We provide subcontracting services for residential and commercial clients.

We needed help building some tech tools and continuing to make daily progress on bigger tech endeavors we were trying to handle while balancing day-to-day operations.

Can you describe the scope of work Talha Jaleel handled for this project?

Talha Jaleel has built a tool that centralizes all of our accounts receivable. While QuickBooks Online (QBO) or customer relationship management (CRM) tools do this, they do it in a simple manner. The tool that Talha Jaleel has built has allowed us to get sharper with client terms, payment methods, payment follow-up pipelines, escalation protocols, and worrisome payment statuses.Moreover, the tool has smart aging buckets driven by client terms, customer sticky profiles, escalation waterfalls, and two centralized CRMs in one place. Talha Jaleel has also created how-to guides for the tool.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Talha Jaleel has delivered a live tool with growing usage rates. Although we only have qualitative data at this time since the tool is new, I'm confident that it will dramatically improve our collection stats and workflows. We've also seen lots of engagement, questions, and feedback from our internal team.

Talha Jaleel has delivered on time and within budget. The team has provided professional communication and upward management. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

I'm impressed with Talha Jaleel's grasp of our world, ability to patch gaps in our tech understanding, and ability to manage the project and our expectations, not just the build.
