How we work: Every search follows the Talfino Leadership Intelligence™ Method — diagnose, define, map, identify, engage, assess, recommend and appoint. We build a map of the leadership market and the client approves it before anyone is contacted. We approach passive executives confidentially, assess them on what they have actually delivered, and send a written update every Friday.
Who we serve: Founders, CEOs, boards, private equity and venture investors, CHROs, and international businesses building leadership teams in India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Track record: Since launching in 2026, Talfino has run 20+ leadership and specialist mandates for 10+ clients, including CFO and Head of Finance searches in India and Saudi Arabia, and 2 leadership hires in the USA.
Founder: Arunkumar Murugesan personally owns every search. He has 12+ years inside talent acquisition, most recently as Talent Acquisition Manager at Citi, hiring technology and fintech leaders from AVP to Director level.
Terms: Retained search, with the fee paid in three stages: on signing, at shortlist and on joining. Includes a defined replacement commitment, subject to the terms of the engagement.
