Two things:

They understood the culture of our company in no time, and were able to adapt their selection of profiles to that. That is highly valuable to us, since we are very proud of our culture and we hire only aligned candidates.
Talenter was able to adapt to our unorganized recruiting process and remained flexible and understanding.

Not much to say here really. We ended the project as the company has changed the startegy of hiring, and has determined to pause contracts with external recruiting services. We will re-engage in the future if the startegy changes.

Given their experience in the technology sector, it would be a plus if they generated some type of check-list of items that they could deliver to companies, because many times the profile sought is not fully defined because it is a new role. It would be a way to facilitate the search filters at a macro level. The same with a brief questionnaire about the company, to provide them with the context.
