I'm a founder/owner who is running the whole business. There are several other elements driving the business, but organic social is one of the critical ones. With talent scout, we had enough good content to post on instagram every day. This would have been impossible without talent scout.

Talent scout personel have been available to speak with me whenever I've needed.  Anytime I reach out to the team, we have a virtual meeting within days. The contractor who was assigned to my account for editing and content output has never missed a deadline. She's been great to work with.

Social media marketing content was abundant and on brand. We are a B2B company so our goals are more tied to reputation and credibility over community growth and engagement.

The team was very responsive. Easy communication. Put simply, they did what they said they would do. I was nervous about a language barrier but Talent Scout assured me that the talent assigned to the project would have flawless communication. That was the case. Five stars on communication and delivery.

They took the time to really understand my KPI's. What were my objectives? What was I trying to achieve? Then, they hired talent that has been a great fit for our business.

I have no constructive feedback. They are on top of their deliverables and SOW. At times, they are waiting on me for answers. I never had to bother their team as the talent provided serves our business really well. I am still using their services and they are exceptional. Very detail oriented and they spend the time to truly understand business needs so they assign the right staff and get it right out of the gate. I've been truly impressed!
