I’m the founder and principal of an insurance agency called ICY Legacy, which stands for Insured Communities Yield Legacy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tailored Logo?

We needed someone to provide us with branding, specifically logo design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tailored Logo provided us with the creation and formatting of a logo that would be available for both print and digital media. They came up with several designs of what I envisioned in my mind.

My main point of contact was Solomon (Customer Support).

How did you come to work with Tailored Logo?

I came across one of their promotions while I was researching online and I got a significant discount on the creation of my logo.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $275 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2020–January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The 14 people who I sent the logos samples to unanimously agreed that Tailored Logo’s design was the best out of all of them.

How did Tailored Logo perform from a project management standpoint?

Solomon executed the project and exerted himself to be able to get a better performance based on the things that he and I discussed. His team did an excellent job of facilitating the process and was instrumental in making the project a success. Although they were a little off from what was originally communicated, it still didn’t impact me because of my schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I haven’t had too much experience with different logo designers so I’m at a disadvantage, but on a personal business level, it was Solomon’s approach to project management that made all the difference in the partnership.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The person I initially talked to may have had some issues and a disconnect of communicating what I was looking for versus what they gave me. They provided me with a form to fill out and describe what I want, but most people don’t even what they want most of the time. They could improve on their initial process because it didn’t help me at all

Although for the discount and the price, it’s not much of a complaint.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’ll be tough for you to go into the partnership thinking they’ll be able to come up with something that’s going to impress you. They already have a lot of templates, so I would suggest you figure out exactly what you want if you want a more personalized logo.
