In the past, our company operated as a house of brands, with multiple distinct brands functioning under their own names and identities. This structure often led to confusion for both our employees and clients, who struggled to understand the relationships between the various brands. 

Recognizing the need for a more cohesive approach, we made the decision to unite our brands under a single, unified banner. To achieve this goal, we partnered with Bruno and his team, who were tasked with developing a name and visual identity for our new umbrella brand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the official launch of the new brand was only a matter of months ago, internal acceptance has been very high, and staff adoption has been near absolute. The main target of this umbrella brand—our enterprise sales reps—love the new brand and the freedom it has provided them. So while Measuring ROI is harder and unclear at this point, the anecdotal support is enormous.

All deadlines were always met, and the Taillight team continued to push the process forward throughout the engagement. They were always thoughtful and responsive whenever a need arose.
