We had the back end API integrtion adn we need to have a new UX/UI for end users to be easy to use the mobile app.

The app needed to be easy to modify in future by adding new categories of products

We had weekly meeting where progress was showed, feedback was provided and changes were done in due time

For us was even more easier, as they have Telecom Industry experience on top of building mobile apps,
