T-mapp is an executive search firm for mid-management, senior, director and C-level positions. Founded in 2020 and working from Bogotá, Madrid and Los Angeles, we have run searches in more than 20 countries.

Our method Executive Search: from understanding to retention, follows six steps:

• Understanding. We learn the business and the role, and agree on must-have and nice-to-have criteria and on what success in the role looks like.
• Direction. We read the market: target industries and companies, equivalent roles and career paths, talent mapping and the approach strategy.
• Quality. Direct search for active and passive talent, quantitative and qualitative interviews, and a comparative shortlist. Our commitment: a first shortlist of at least four assessed and aligned profiles within eight business days of brief approval.
• Conversion. We coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and clients, manage expectations and feedback, and check references.
• Hiring. We build and present the offer, support the negotiation and coordinate onboarding.
• Retention. We follow up after the start date and offer a replacement guarantee defined by the role and the engagement model.
