Electronics
We design and manufacture multilayer PCBs (up to 16 layers) ourselves. We work with digital and analog electronics. In our plant, we assemble and test PCBs.
Our specialties include:
- Li-Ion power supply systems
- USB-C Power Delivery charging systems
- Modbus, CANbus, Ethernet, Bluetooth, and WiFi communication modules
- displays
- fiber optic optoelectronics
- ADC data acquisition systems
Mechanics
We design mechanical parts and housings in 2D/3D CAD. We manufacture housings for devices using the following technologies:
- milled from metal
- Cut and bent from sheet metal
- printed in 3D SLA technology from resin
We also have the necessary equipment and experience in welding:
- PA11 aluminum using the TIG AC method
- 304 stainless steel using the TIG DC method
- S235 and S355 black steel using the MIG method
Software
We create embedded software (for microprocessors) in C/C++ languages.
We most often work with technologies such as:
- I2C
- SPI
- UART
- Ethernet
- CANbus
- Modbus
- Bluetooth
- Ethernet
- WiFi
We can also create software in .NET and C# languages for computers with Windows systems that complement our devices (e.g., for configuration).
