Being a B2B company, Silta Group cares about delivering its goods to the customers on time. We work with large production businesses whose income depends directly on the speed of operations. That’s why, I am completely satisfied in terms of logistics, because thanks to SYNEX Logistics, our products are delivered seamlessly.

We work with SYNEX Logistics on an ongoing basis for FTL shipping of our products: formulas for removing oil, grease and other contaminants from the surface of metals, as well as varnishes, adhesives, insulating chemicals, etc. 

Over six months of our cooperation, the company has become our trusted partner that we can rely on. It always provides solutions to our tasks, offers a good price, and the team responds to my requests instantly, they are always in touch.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is a very young player on the logistics market. There are real sharks in this business niche in Ukraine and the world, but surprisingly, SYNEX Logistics is not afraid to compete with them. And even win in many ways! They were young and ambitious, yet they created a sense of safety and reliability. I think that the expertise of people who made up the core of the company plays a key role in this case.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SYNEX LOGISTICS could have done differently?

So far, the guys have been great. I’m sure there’s a lot of room for growth - their own warehouses, vehicle fleet, but that’s just a matter of time.

Most of our complicated projects requires complex solutions, contemporaneous logistics operations from several regions located in different parts of the world. Delays in one of the deliveries leads to the disruption of projects and equipment downtime. Solving complex tasks, the Sinex team becomes one of our main partners, to whom we can entrust any of our tasks, whether it be container transportation, oversized, local distribution in one of the countries, complex deliveries

Yes, company should spread their attitude to the job outside Ukraine and open representative offices in other regions to create a SYNEX logistics net.
