I’m the director of digital media for a full-service marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sync21?

We had a 25-year old server with all of our historical files for every client. It contained photos, videos, documents, audio files, and print media, so we needed a full-service IT company to provide us with new servers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sync21 refreshed our whole IT system and purchased a Mac Mini server, VPN licensing, and new routers. They also help set up new users for the system and manage everyone’s access to the VPN.

What is the team composition?

They’re a company of about four people, and our main point of contact is the president.

How did you come to work with Sync21?

We heard about their company from the community and found them through Google. We decided to go with them after seeing how thorough and cost-efficient their proposal was.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent about $10,450 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sync21 lowered our IT costs by at least $4,000 a year, increased our productivity with new technology by at least 15%, and the speed of our networks and computers have gone up at least 60%.

How did Sync21 perform from a project management standpoint?

I give them a five-star rating for their project management, because they cleanly work through every section of the proposal. We strictly communicate via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by their transparency. They don’t have a ticketing system, but they’re very responsive — when we email them, we get a response on the same day.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to let them do everything they recommend.
