How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with Becky when we were building our new website. We were so imprassed by her knowidge and passion, we asked Swwim to look after our social media and marketing side of the business.

After our meeting, they helped us to understand how we could enhance our positioning and grow our social media followers. They manage and create our Instagram, Facebook, Indeed ads. Also, they set up and manage our TickTock account.

Swwim has dedicated one account manager, one social media and one SEO specialists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Instagram and LinkedIn followers have grown. We now have over 2000 followers on both platforms. It is noticeable because of this our brand exposure has increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings on Fridays. A day before we are sent a report containing our social media activities, and also we receive a schedule of following week's calendar.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed by brining new ideas and their dedication to make our social media and our brand cool.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can not think of anything. They understand us well and execute all work to the highest standard.
