Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Molo Brand Consultancy, an agency that provides hands-on brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) planning services to founders and senior leaders. We combine global experience with startup energy to accelerate business momentum without the need for a full-time agency resource.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Swim Duck Swim?

I had a brand concept on paper and required a brand design team to give it life across multiple touchpoints for a variety of audiences.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Swim Duck Swim provided brand identity design work across the touchpoints for a brand launch. The team delivered a design strategy and proof of concept, logo, font selection, imagery style, iconography design, web design across pages, corporate stationery, and social content. Swim Duck Swim also handled the rollout of the design across the pages before handing it over to developers for the final go-live.

I have seen their work across a number of brand designs that stood out, I chose them over other options because of their high ratings, great culture fit, and design excellence.

We worked together from September 2025–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Swim Duck Swim exceeded all expectations and delivered on all aspects of the brief and beyond. We saw an increase in website traffic, positive brand associations, increased engagement on social media, and design impact/cut-through across client categories.

How did Swim Duck Swim perform from a project management standpoint?

Swim Duck Swim had excellent management of all facets of delivery. They went over and above to get the job done on time and within budget. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their design work was next level. They provided senior strategic guidance throughout the process. The team was hands-on and dedicated; they loved what they did and strived to create impactful designs that cut through. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and I’ll be using them for other projects of mine and with my client base.
