I’m a content and marketing manager for an OEM parts supplier.

They provide digital printing services for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I explain what I’m looking for and they tell me the best way to execute it: size, paper, quality, etc. Once I submit a design and desired quantities, they provide me with a quote. After that, we provide them with the artwork in the form of PDFs.

They also run mail campaigns for us from time to time, so we don’t have to take that on ourselves.
