We began working together in March 2016, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't had to pay a ton in taxes, which was our goal. We're a small business and we had startup costs. She helped me understand what I could and couldn't write off. She's honest and helped us use the tax law in our favor. As a new business, she helped us maximize the capital that we could use to grow the business.

How did Suzann Knap, CPA - Knap Tax perform from a project management standpoint?

She's great with managing documentation and she's very responsive. We communicate every two months usually over the phone or email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Aside from her knowledge in accounting, she positions things and follows a great sense of what should be written off. Since she also works with larger businesses, so she knows a lot more than the standard 1040 plan.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Be open, honest, and forthcoming with all of your information, and she'll do a great job.
