Surf Digital’s scope of work involves setting up and managing personalized cold email outreach campaigns to generate sales appointments for our company. This includes building and implementing custom email automations, writing and proofreading email copy, conducting A/B testing and continuous optimization, and monitoring inboxes to identify and forward interested leads to us.

Key deliverables are: the full setup and management of cold email campaigns, bi-weekly performance reports, and outreach to a minimum of 3,000 new unique contacts based on ICP.

Surf Digital started late despite our immediate upfront payment and commitment. They did not stick to the original proposed schedule, nor communicated consistently (often missing our messages). Did not appreciate receiving written feedback aimed at making the collaboration successful. Instead, we received messages like "let me do my thing," indicating reluctance to accept constructive feedback from us.

Ensure alignment with our defined and agreed ICP when targeting prospects to avoid wasting time and resources on unqualified leads.
