Sure About Shor has taken care of doing our branding, which includes logo design, brand guidelines, and communication as a business. They've also designed our menu and been running our billboard campaign. In addition to that, they've designed and developed our WordPress website from scratch, which has a blog, our menu, an online ordering system, and table reservation features. Regarding the site, they're also taking care of hosting and maintenance.

Moreover, Sure About Shor is managing my Google My Business and Instagram ads. They work on my launch campaign and are trying to reach out to influencers to collaborate with us for our launch.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with four members of their team, including a social media manager, a writer, a developer, and a designer.

Sure About Shore has been doing things for me that aren't in the job description. Their team goes above and beyond. In addition, all the influencers in our area know that we are launching thanks to Sure About Shor.

How did Sure About Shor perform from a project management standpoint?

Sure About Shore asks me first if something could go above the agreed budget. They also share everything with us a week before its launch so we can give feedback, which they incorporate. Sure About Shore's team is also and time. Regarding tools and communication, we use email and WhatsApp — they've invited me to Trello and Slack, but I didn't like them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sure About Shore's consulting skills and marketing strategies stand out to me. Three months ago, I had no idea how to go about business and hire people, and they've been able to provide all that.

They could be faster with their website development processes.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Sure About Shore is perfect for social media, branding, and consulting, but don't go to them for website development.
