SMP Nutra should be shut down. They have ruined my business and outright lied to me time and again. I have had to spend money on a lawyer to deal with a product recall from an order they screwed up last year. They screwed up the last two orders in a row that I have placed with them in the exact same way - they used the wrong scoop size. 

The first order they screwed up had to be recalled because the scoop did not match what was stated on the label and was against the FDA guidelines. The second order they screwed up took them 4 months to produce, and then they made it with the wrong scoop size again. When they sent me the picture of the wrong scoop size, they lied and said that it was going to take 14 weeks to source the correct scoop size so they forgot to tell me they made a replacement. 

When I asked for a discount in order to accept the order with the wrong packaging, all of a sudden they were able to re-produce the order with the correct scoop size the following week. They are scoundrels who not be in business. They have put me through so much stress and they make me want to shut down my business. I have never met such low-lifes who lie and cheat and produce faulty products every chance they get.

Correct product order to my specifications and following good manufacturing practices.

They took 3 times as long as they quoted and produced the order with incorrect packaging, two times in a row. I had to hire a lawyer to handle the product recall based on their faulty manufacturing.

They could read the order correctly and operate a business with integrity, rather than produce faulty products that cause me to have to hire a lawyer to recall products that break FDA guidelines.
