Since 2017, Sunstone HR consulting has helped small and mid-sized businesses build HR that works, without the cost of a full-time HR executive. We are a fractional HR firm, our consultants step in as embedded, part-time members of your team, providing executive-level HR leadership for as many or as few hours as you need.

They are located from coast to coast, in California, Nevada, Utah, Georgia and New York, so we effectively support clients across all states and help growing employers with both strategy and compliance. We also offer SHRM and HRCI certification prep courses with a pass rate above 90%.
