I’m the VP of technology at Soligent Distribution LLC. We provide clean energy solutions, offering solar panels, energy storage systems, EV chargers, inverters, and installation support to help communities and businesses adopt renewable energy.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire SuiteRep to accomplish for Soligent Distribution, especially in the context of your clean energy solutions?

We’ve worked with SuiteRep for over three years as our dedicated NetSuite support partner, and they’ve consistently exceeded expectations. As the sole NetSuite/ERP administrator at our company, I rely on them as a true extension of my team. They contract with us for a set number of hours each month and handle everything from SuiteScript fixes and error troubleshooting to enhancements and whatever the business throws at us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SuiteRep provides NetSuite integration, fixes, and improvements. For example, they’ve streamlined scripts, improved efficiency, helped develop a fully custom consignment process, and created training videos.

We work with 2–5 teammates from SuiteRep.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working with them in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve worked on multiple projects with SuiteRep, and they’ve all exceeded our expectations regarding deliverables and timing to completion. User satisfaction has noticeably improved across the ERP as improvements are made to the system for every department in our organization.

How did SuiteRep perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. Their project management is thorough, and they adapt to my needs when other things become more urgent or take priority. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SuiteRep’s technical skills are excellent. They get to the root cause of issues quickly, and their solutions hold up. I never feel like I’m getting a band-aid. Moreover, they’re responsive; when something breaks or I need help, they’re quick to respond and stay with the problem until it’s solved.Additionally, they genuinely operate like part of our team rather than an outside vendor. They understand our environment, customizations, and business needs, so I don’t have to re-explain the context every time. Finally, the quality of their staff and their knowledge of what the system should be, not just what I ask for, is impressive.
