We specialise in B2B PR, crisis communications and reputation management. Our clients include ambitious and fast-growing businesses, health and social care organisations, professional and regulated firms, and public sector bodies.
We help organisations explain complex work, raise their profile with the right audiences and communicate clearly when an issue puts their reputation at risk. That might mean an ongoing media relations programme, a major announcement, thought leadership and case studies, or practical advice during a crisis.
When a crisis develops, we provide senior counsel and hands-on communications support. This can include preparing statements and Q&As, advising on media response, coordinating approvals and helping spokespeople communicate with confidence. We also support crisis planning and media training before an issue arises.
Sugar PR is led by founder Pete Davies, who has more than 25 years’ experience in PR and reputation management. Clients work directly with senior advice from people who take the time to understand their organisation and the pressures it faces.
We’re based in Manchester, have London reach and travel across the UK. We can lead a PR programme or work alongside an existing communications or marketing team.
