I am Public Relations Manager. Our company named Vimarn Suriya under Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, but Vimarn Suriya is focused on the real estate section which consists of hotel, residences, retail and offices.

As our project is newly to the public, suffix helps us to do the design and coding for the website

What were your goals for this project?

We hope users can find the update information of the project with nice photos. Also, website should be friendly and align with the brand guidelines.

We always have a meeting regarding the website interface design, programming for desktop, tablet and mobile

Actually the creative of the company has helped a lot in the design, photos and font. I am a coordinator as we will do another website with Suffix which is dusitresidences.com

The website looks nice and aligns with our brand's standards: easy for use.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As I am not the key contact for Dusit Central Park website, but I do for Dusit Residences. I contact with Khun Morie who is fast responsive and always help when we face the problems.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think Suffix team always support and favor when customers need.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As I am not the initial of the communications process and I try to look on the document what is the scope of work. I think the quotation can be more specific.

Our website gets good engagement from the customer, Our sales growth 20% per month, and we get 1 rand in search results in Google.

we have weekly updates, with clear goals. we communicate through slack, mail, and VDO conference.
