design plan, all furniture and lighting elements, 3rd party recommendations and budget requests, CAD design, color/swatch options, oversight.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rounds of design proposals to finalize all items, finalization of proposal and all design elements including paint, wood floors, lights, furniture, and custom design elements including built in banquette, hiring and completion of work by subcontractors, delivery of all furniture, painting of walls, lighting and electrical installation.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Melissa and Studio Skara was an excellent partner. I'm happy every time I look around my main, open concept living/kitchen/dining room. There were multiple delays for furniture delivery but I was prepared for that due to supply chain issues during Covid. Melissa/Studio Skara kept me updated and the outcome was worth the wait. I was also very happy with her recommended subcortractors/craftsment and the prices were all reasonable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their attention to detail. They immediately imagined what would instantly make my space more comfortable and functional.

I have a 1914 Craftsman in Venice Beach. I worked with Studio Skara over the last 2 years to work towards an interior design concept based on the theme of "1960s Havana." Mel Pankey and her team found new and vintage furniture, rugs, wallpapers, and paint colors to perfectly complement my home

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The amount of joy I get from what we have accomplished so far is unmeasurable. I receive many compliements from my guests. There are some unmeasurable outcomes and intangibles out there and this is where Studio Skara excels

Issues arose out of control of myself to Studio Skara, especially with supply chain issues over the last few years. Studio Skara was responsible and offered great suggestions to pivot when necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their unique aesthetic. The owner of the studio has a unique style very much her own that can fit into whatever goals the client has. I also learned a lot about interior design working with Studio Skara and although my tastes have changed over this time period, the quality of Studio Skara's always responded in a way that perfectly complimented the overall goals of the renovation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Studio Skara could have done differently?

Studio Skara was not in control of any problems we encountered
