BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the creative director and promotions manager at Aromatics International. And I also serve as the creative director and multi-media producer at the Aromahead Institute.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studio Rover?

We hired Studio Rover for a variety of tasks, primarily the redesign of both Aromatics International and the Aromahead Institute websites. Studio Rover has also worked on creative assets, including .PDF design as top of funnel content, landing page design, product page design, and more.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our team selected Studio Rover based on their working relationship with other contractors we had hired to help boost our site SEO. They were recommended by the lead on the SEO project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

This was a multi-month process. It included the mock-up of all website pages (there were a lot!). Working closely with our team, Studio Rover, heard our pain points, heard our goals, and worked to produce website design that accommodated both. There was multiple rounds of review/feedback and implementation.

Additionally, for the design of creative assets, we schedule meetings with the Patrick from Studio Rover, explain the objective for the piece of content. Discuss the outline, and let their team handle the rest. They're almost always available on short notice, and their turnaround time on assets is very fast.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We mostly worked with Patrick, co-owner and design lead. He would occasionally bring additional members of his team in to the fold, primarily in his scheduled absences.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both sites have never looked better. Our brands have never appeared more mature. We've added thousands of new leads to our email database from the various lead generation content their team has helped produce.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's been excellent. Patrick is always available, and highly responsive. You'd never know that he's balancing a number of clients. We always feel high priority and the turnaround times are very fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personal touch and the fact that it feels like we're working with friends throughout the process were amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.
