Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Studio Archifiction to design and build our new retail shop for our women’s clothing brand. Their scope covered full interior design, including space planning, customer circulation, trial room layout, cash counter and storage planning. They designed all display systems such as wall racks, gondolas, shelving and mannequins platforms so our products are easy to see and reach. They also handled ceiling and lighting design, color and material selection, and integration of our logo and brand colors inside the shop.

Studio Archifiction prepared the 2D drawings, 3D views and BOQ, coordinated with the landlord and contractors, and supplied custom furniture where needed. They supervised the fit-out work on site, solved practical issues during construction, and did the final styling so the shop was ready for opening.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After Studio Archifiction completed the shop, we saw clear results. Within the first three months, average daily footfall increased by roughly 35% compared to our previous layout. Our monthly sales went up by about 25%, with higher sales per square foot because the displays now hold more styles in an organized way. Customers spend more time inside the store and trial room use increased, which we can see from our CCTV and POS timing. The project finished within the agreed budget and timeline, and we have had no functional complaints from staff or customers since opening.
