The scope of work was primarily aimed at scaling up our HR platform by adding new features, modernizing the interface, and providing necessary documentation for future use. Key objectives included: 

• Add new Shifts features: The Strich Team was tasked to enhance our platform by introducing new Shifts features and ensuring they meshed smoothly with the existing functionality. They developed these features keeping in mind the need for seamless integration and usability. 
• Modernize UI & Appearance: To keep pace with the evolving digital landscape, it was vital to modernize the User Interface and overall look of the platform. Strich Team worked closely with us to redefine the aesthetics of our platform, making it more intuitive, user-friendly, and appealing. 
• Design System & Documentation: To facilitate future development and maintenance, we needed a robust Design System and comprehensive documentation. Strich Team delivered these in an easy-to-understand format that our developers could readily utilize.

The scope of the project involved developing a comprehensive UI kit that includes a set of pre-designed user interface components, such as buttons, forms, icons, typography styles, color palettes, and other common design elements. The UI kit should be easy to use and adaptable to different types of design projects and contexts. The scope of the Streams project involved building a real-time application that allows users to receive data updates in real-time using WebSockets while the Portfolio Manager involved creating a mobile and desktop applicationusing our backend technology.
