I’m the CEO of an IT company. We embed elite engineers in mid-sized AI and Web3 startups.

What challenge were you trying to address with Streamline Agency?

We needed additional firepower embedding AI into all our operations, from hiring to business development software. We were looking to further integrate AI into our internal operations, particularly across technical hiring and business development workflows. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve hired many more engineers and interviewed thousands of them. We’ve conducted over 1,500 software engineer interviews and made five new hires. Overall, we’ve greatly improved the efficiency and quality of our hiring process.

Streamline Agency served as a valuable AI consulting partner, helping us refine our approach to agent-based workflows, and integrating AI across our core operations. Their ideas and work directly impacted how we built and structured several of our internal tools.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Streamline Agency has utilized n8n to add onto our Zapier workflow to deliver a workflow that captures comments in our project management system, summarizes them, and delivers them in Slack. The team has built the workflow in n8n entirely from Slack and connected it to our existing workflow in Zapier.

Streamline Agency has delivered demonstrations of the automation functioning. We’ve also interviewed affected employees and observed time saved, which is around 1–2 hours a week.
