Streamlight AI

Streamlight AI builds custom software that takes the busywork out of running a small or medium business.

Most of the businesses we work with have 1 to 100 people and already use good tools: a CRM, an inbox, a calendar, accounting software, a few spreadsheets. The work still gets stuck in between. Someone copies details from one place to another, chases an unpaid invoice, answers the same question for the tenth time, or writes the quote in the evening. We build the system that does those jobs, joined up with the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that matters.

We start with how your business actually runs, not with the technology. After a 30-minute call, we map one process and show you a clickable prototype of it, built around your own tools, with a fixed price and your expected return. That part is free, and you keep the brief, the map and the proposal whether or not we work together.

If you go ahead, a build starts from $5,000 at a fixed price agreed before we begin, takes two to six weeks, and is paid on milestones. You follow the work on a shared board and test it on real work before it goes live. What we build is yours: the code, the data and the accounts. For the first 30 days we fix anything that doesn’t work as agreed, free. After that, run it yourself or keep us on a care plan from $600 a month.

The work we build most: finding and reaching new customers, bringing customers back, answering support requests, onboarding clients, quotes and invoices, phone calls and bookings, and content.
