I'm the CEO of TectSoft, an IT consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stravatek?

We hired Stravatek to manage the HR services, process the payrolls, and provide feedback on how to communicate better with our employees and manage them better.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stravatek provided HR services. They were in charge of onboarding, managing employees, and feeding information to our PayPeople platform. The information included creating a monthly report for attendance and payroll.

What is the team composition?

I worked closely with two members of Stravatek's team, including Amir (Senior Consultant).

A friend who had used their services referred them to me, and we decided to contact them once we checked their packages online.,

We spent $25,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $3,300 USD) with them.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together from February–November 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Stravatek helped me get organized, which was very helpful because I needed to learn the industry standards as a new business owner. As for the time saving, they helped me track the attendance software.

How did Stravatek perform from a project management standpoint?

Stravatek's project management was great and in line with our budget. In addition, they were great with communication and were readily available all the time. Regarding tools, we used WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Stravatek's expertise made them stand out from their competitors — they have great growth potential.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think they could improve anything because everything worked great. I did think that their services seemed expensive, but I was delighted with how their deliverables turned out.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be very accurate with your requirements because they will deliver exactly that.

We hired Stravatek for Organisational structure, Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Policies and Processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted multiple companies and found Stravatek acceptable based on tremendous industry experience and price bracket.

We started with kickoff meeting, that lead to deciding time driven key performing indictors and measurement. We started with essential documentation of policies, leading to using a HR software and documentation management. Once that was done, we moved towards organisational structure development and performance evaluation specifics.

Amir worked with us on this project directly. He is the CEO and lead consultant at Stravatek.
