Stratum Med is a physician governed medical group collaborative owned by 16 Midwest-based, large multi-specialty group practices. Additionally, Stratum has expanded nationally with roughly 100 member medical groups participating in Stratum programs representing over 11,000 physicians.

Stratum's primary goal is to leverage volume across common expense items in order to save money and to incubate business opportunities made possible by bringing together like-minded, high performing medical groups.
