I do wealth management and comprehensive financial planning for individuals, families and businesses.

I was re-evaluating my portfolio and considered adding real estate with passive income as an alternative asset.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having known the owner/operator of the firm for nearly 20yrs, I felt confident in his abilities and advice. Especially after doing more research online myself.

Was in the market for a multi family property. Due to personal circumstances, I was in need of more creative financiering that could lead to the deal getting done.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did Stratton Equities take in commission?

At the time it was a $1.5mil purchase with 4.625% rate

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Michael, the owner and one of his processors.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

Even though the deal did not go through, due to issues with the property. Michael and his team were a guiding light every step of the way. If another opportunity were to arise, I'd feel confident in pursuing Stratton again.

Had access to Michael's calendar and to his team to schedule calls in advance. This was extremely helpful, especially with my busy schedule.
